Who can access the portal?
Access is granted to the investors, owners and advisers we work with under an asset management agreement. Accounts are created by our Investor Relations team.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Use the “Forgot your password?” option on the sign-in form. The link to set a new password is valid for 30 minutes.
How is my data protected?
Your connection to the portal is encrypted, and sign-in requires a second factor — a code from an authenticator app or SMS. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.
How often are reports updated?
Quarterly reports are published within 45 days of quarter-end, and operating KPIs are updated monthly.
Can I give my adviser access?
Yes. The account owner can request additional accounts with restricted permissions, e.g. read-only access to selected assets.
